My Name is Fusi. I used my Neuroscience degree and research skills to successfully treat my 10-year "Treatment Resistant" depression. I help my clients treat depression, apathy, anhedonia and disconnection issues using root-cause centered solutions.

My approach is meant for people who feel frustrated, overwhelmed, stuck, or isolated while struggling to cope with mental health challenges. I provide support through structured guidance, weekly check-ins, holistic natural solutions, and comprehensive problem solving. I then create a Mental Health Treatment Plan based on your symptoms. Sessions are used to identify goals, strengths, barriers, create plans, specify tasks, and navigate the wins and challenges that come with putting everything into action.

Sessions are 30-60 minutes.
